Description
A one-semester basic inegrated study of the structure and function of the human body. Designed for non-science majors needing a scientific introduction to the subject. Basic chemistry and functional human anatomy and physiology at the cellular, tissue, organ, and organ system levels, as well as the relationship between form and function, will be emphasized. Three lecture and three laboratory hours per week. BIO 181 does not count toward pre-nursing or the biology major.
