Description
This course is designed to cover health related physical fitness components for maintenance of good health, in addition to an overall view of components that make up a healthy lifestyle. This is a blended course with online readings and quizzes and participation in a physical activity lab one time a week for fifty minutes. The physical activity lab for this course will vary each semester based on departmental opportunioties.
