HCM 401 Health Care Administration (3 cr)

A study of the management of health care organizations with emphasis on managerial strategies, policies, and procedures. This course provides an understanding of health care organizational behavior, structure, governance, accreditation, planning, and social responsibility. It includes a detailed examination of the organization of the U.S. health care delivery system.
