Description
This course will equip students with an understanding of the basic aspects of Generative AI (GenAI). Students will learn: what GenAI is, what AI tools are being used in professional settings, and the practical and ethical implications of using AI. Students will apply course assignments to a chosen industry or career field, resulting in a "toolkit" that can be used to inform career use of GenAI. The toolkit will allow students to take an active role in decisions to adopt relevant GenAI tools, deploy the tools, and keep abreast of new developments in a chosen career.
