Description

Students will examine the constructs of psychological wellbeing from a health behavioral and psychological model. Students will assess their overall wellbeing and explore the philosophical and experiential models to promote optimal health and wellbeing. Students will identify impairments, and explore lifestyle, psychological, social factors of wellness. Students will explore alternative treatment models through off campus engagement through alternative treatment modality exploration. IDS tag *Course Fee: $50
