Description
Nursing theory and practice in basic nursing care, communication, and interventions with individuals across the lifespan. Emphasizes basic nursing skills to meet comfort and treatment needs, physiological monitoring, medication administration, and perioperative care, including implementation, adherence to national patient safety goals, and documentation of care. Two classroom, six campus/clinical laboratory per week.
