Nursing theory and practice in leading and managing groups as a professional nurse. Focuses on effecting necessary change in a dynamic healthcare environment. May include opporturnity for clinical laboratory experiences in the area of special interest addressed in NUR 401. Three classroom and six clinical laboratory hours per week.
