This course introduces coaching for leaders. The curriculum will focus on frameworks of leadership coaching and approaches on how to utilize these skills in practice. The course will provide opportunities to use real-world scenarios to implement coaching practices. Course objectives include cognition development in learning to practice techniques of coaching to impact organizational performance positively and to develop awareness of organizational culture and how it may impact approaches to effective leadership.
