Description
This course is designed to provide students with the resources needed to achieve academic success and will expose students to a variety of career opportunities within the field of sport professions. Students will learn skills needed to successfully prepare and obtain employment leading to a successful career in the sport industry. The course will concentrate on the student's individual interests, abilities, aptitudes and how these features relate to diverse career prospects in the sport industry. Additionally, students will be introduced to various sport careers through practical experience. Students will invest a minimunm of 50 hours at approved sites. Laptop or tablet with basic software functionality of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required.
