Description
A study of methods and materials for teaching mathematics for grades 2-6. Emphasis is on NCTM national standards, promotion of positive attitues toward teaching mathematics, concept development, questioning techniques, constructivist approach to mathematics, and multimedia teaching strategies for meeting individual and group needs. 15 hours of clinical experience required. Required of all Elementary Education majors.
