Description

This course is designed to cover health related physical fitness for maintenance of good health as well as an overall view of additional components that make up a healthy lifestyle. This is a blended course with online readings and quizzes and participation in a physical activity lab one time a week for fifty minutes. The physical activity lab is designed to meet the needs of students who, for health reasons/special needs or limitations, are unable to participate in the regular health and physical education program.
