Description

All Inquiry (INQ) courses must (1) effectively analyze, evaluate, synthesize, and apply information and ideas from diverse sources and disciplines [critical thinking],(2) develop the ability to use writing as a tool for clarifying and organizing thought in order to communicate ideas effectively in a variety of written and oral forms [oral and written communication], and (3) demonstrate awareness of personal responsibility in one’s civic, social, and academic life [Personal and Community Formation]. All first-year students are required to enroll in and receive credit for an INQ course.
